Debby Mahony started on her Natural Therapist training path in 1993, after being plagued with serious chronic illnesses for the entirety of her 27 years and finally finding therapists that used modalities that enabled her to feel a sense of wellness and vitality for the first time in her living memory. The knock on effect was an acceptance that her calling was to help others feel well and empowered in the process.

Debby commenced with the study of Touch for Health Kinesiology and becoming an internationally recognised registered instructor with the International Kinesiology College. Massage and Aromatherapy followed. From 1994, she studied Bowen Technique with Ossie and Elaine Rentsch. Her passion for kinesiology led her to study Structural Biokinetics, Nutritional Biokinetics and Psycho(logical) Biokinetics. She then many of the kinesiology courses available, both domestically and internationally, such as Touch for Health Metaphors, Neuro Linguistic Kinesiology, Touch for Learning and Australian Bush Flower Essences. In 2003, she was a founding student at the Kinesiology Academy, commencing her studies toward achieving her Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy. Shortly before completion, she chose to defer her studies, so that she may focus on the needs of her young family and volunteered on various local charitable committees, as she saw a need in her new community for her administration skills. In 2006, Debby became the Registrar of the International Kinesiology College, as well as trainee Colon Hydrotherapist and receptionist/practice manager at Greg Gralton's clinic, Sunshine Holistic Living. One of her memorable tasks during this time was assisting Greg to write and publish course material for his Modern Complimentary Kinesiology series.

Debby completed her Colon Hydrotherapy practical training with Jan Denten from 2008 and studied the Margaret Wright protocol (Chevallum method) with the College of Applied Natural Sciences, an RTO in Queensland. In 2010, she furthered her study of colon hydrotherapy with Sue Twiggs from Australian Colon Health college in Melbourne. Sue trained in London, where she gained her internationally recognised certification in Colon Hydrotherapy. Debby has found that having studied two disciplines in Colon Hydrotherapy has been a wonderful opportunity and feels she has a lot to offer to her clients.

In 2015, Debby commenced a practitioner programme with Body Intelligence Training, which offers a two-year training course in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, an internationally recognised qualification. This is fast becoming the therapy of choice for Debby's regular clients.

Jan Denten attained her Diploma of Colon Hydrotherapy with the College of Applied Natural Sciences. She has studied various natural therapies at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and at the Kinesiology Academy. Jan has a Diploma of Nutrition and a Diploma of Iridology. Jan also uses Meta Health
